This quarter, The Garden of Ideas hosted our first philosophical cartoon contest in collaboration with the UW Philosophy Club. Tennessee Muldrow was selected as the winner of the contest through two rounds of voting and their winning cartoon is published here. Green Knight: Traveler, the inhabitants of this island are all knights who only tell the truth… or Knaves, who only tell lies

Mage: *stares at Red and Green Knight*

Panel 2

Red Knight: Wow, this again? I said I was sorry. Can we please just—

Green Knight: Furthermore, the rest of the inhabitants are fools who neither know what is true nor untrue.

Red Knight: Ok, now you’re just being a jacka**

Green Knight: You must determine who are knights and who are knaves with the following hints…
